I bought a very expensive health insurance policy for my mum through these guys and everything was ok until I needed to put my account on hold for a month and then to eventually cancel it as it is no longer needed. I have given 2 stars because the advice was good and helpful, but I am very unimpressed by someone who does a good job when they're taking your money, but is rude, verging on bullying and unhelpful when you are no longer paying. What do you love most about your job?
A large aspect of my job involves interacting with people on a day to day basis which is a massive part of what I love about being a mortgage advisor. In recent times this means more interactions over the phone and via online meeting platforms however it has not changed how much I enjoy this aspect.
Being able to genuinely offer something different than the high street banks.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to ensure I had control over every aspect of my clients journey.
I then have the ability to make informed choices about my business and the direction I want to take.

All services have been tailored to now be moved remotely due to the ongoing pandemic. This has taken shape in many forms to suit your specific needs, either with a more traditional telephone conversation or using the growing trend of Zoom or Teams meetings.

We have ensured that all aspects of our service are online based. We are incorporating more telephone and online meeting communications into the service you receive to ensure the most hassle free process possible whilst protecting you and your loved ones.
