Fiore Landscaping have recently completed a new Patio space and Sleeper beds for us to plant it. Thanks to Sal and the team for the work carried out at my house front driveway.We had our old driveway completely dig out and removal of muck and replaced with tarmac also nice grey block paver around the the edge. After a disappointing job by another company last year, Fiore landscaping had a difficult task of trying to patch up somebody else’s work whilst also extending my existing patio. It’s safe to say these lads will be doing it from the get go next time, total professionalism and the job was finished to a very high standard. Excellent customer service, fantastic communication throughout. Salvatore gave us some ideas to help us transform a tired looking garden into a space we are looking forward to enjoying in the summer. Beyond pleased with the transformation Sal and his great team have done for us. From a muddy uninviting narrow terrace to an alfresco outdoor space all achieved within a working week! Several other landscaping “companies” let us down or didn’t even come back to us. So we contacted Fiore Landscaping after seeing some local reviews. Sal came, listened to what we wanted, gave us some advice, measured up and was prompt in letting us have a very reasonable cost. A delay due to Covid came about but the work started and finished as promised after this. A few adjustments were agreed and completed with no trouble, Sal and his team dealt with these smoothly and without fuss. I’m not a big user of Facebook, but I wanted to give a shout to Salv and his team here at Fiore Landscaping for the work they did on our front drive. We wanted to replace the paved drive, extend for an additional vehicle and to finish with block paving/tarmac for a maintenance free finish. From the every start, Salv’s communications were brilliant. Quotes on time, discussion on the works and then the teams turning up when he said they would, and doing what they should be doing. Unfortunately there was a slight problem with the laid tarmac (outside of the control of Salv) being that it didn’t 100% meet his professional standards and it couldn't be rectified. Without any comment from me, I was advised that the tarmac would be ripped up and replaced; this was done really quickly and the new tarmac was spot on. Things happen, it's just one of those things, but wow, the action he took was impressive. Having a tradesman/team that care so much about the standard of work, pursuing excellence is a modern wonder and many organisations should take a leaf out of Salv’s book of ethics. I am so impressed with the attitude of this company, for them “customers come first” is a very true statement; I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I wouldn't hesitate about getting another job done by Salv.
