What do you love most about your job?
We could be dealing with a customer for a week, a month, or even a year. You get to know them more as a person rather than just another customer.
A number of past customer have become lifelong friends. When you get that Christmas card, it make you realise that you have had a part to play in someone's journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I woke up one morning and the penny dropped, I'm good at what I do, why do I need to answer to anyone to confirm that I am? Life isn't about being compared to your peers, it's about striving to be better for yourself. How I get there is up to me, not someone whose job it is to tell you!
Now I am free to set my own goals, how and when I work ,most importantly, enjoy what I do.
