Me and my partner have recently purchased a house this year and without the help of Financial Fortress and a special mention to Malcolm it would have made our experience very different and stressful. Malcolm was able to break down all the different types of mortgages etc to the very fine details so we both understood and we're completely happy, I often emailed Malcolm with queries out of office hours and he would always respond very quickly via email or a phone call. The team at Financial Fortress are simply brilliant. My wife and I recently bought our first home which can be a daunting experience when it comes to securing a loan. We enlisted their services to help secure our mortgage. The advice and guidance of Malcolm from FF was brilliant, he was always ready to answer our questions and his response time was impeccable. We had a series of interviews and phonecalls in which he tried to figure out what was best for us and advised accordingly. His market experience and knowledge of the various mortgage providers gave us insight on what certain lenders expect over others meaning there was no delays or additional forms requested once a provider was chosen. The whole service at Financial Fortress was brilliant. Kieran was outstanding at his job ensuring that all our elements (such as starting a new job, lack of pay slips & being in a probationary period) were accounted for before any hard searches were placed against our credit score. Kieran explained every detail thoroughly and kept in regular contact answering all our questions. The service was very fast and allowed us to proceed quickly and confidently with other aspects of the purchase. Even fitting around our long work hours to ensure the process was smooth and quick. I recently met with Wayne to talk about pensions, having just moved jobs from one where I had a career average workplace pension. He was able to meet me when I was available after work, and helped me understand the various options based on assessments of my approach to investments, risk, etc. He was very open, honest and clear, recommending a path that he felt was best for me but which would result in him getting nothing whatsoever out of it.
