Structural Engineering
Structural engineering expertise gained through years of experience in the structural analysis and design of structures in steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber to British Standards and European best codes of practice. We specialise in complex Finite Element Analysis utilising best practices in the industry. Through this our structures are safe, optimised and cost efficient. We will develop structural solutions for new projects in line with our clients ideas and work closely to limit the amount of structure needed, therefore provide savings wherever we can.
Structural Surveys
For homeowners and commercial clients, we will provide structural reports in relation to concerns in relation to cracks on walls, subsidence or foundation movement.
The report includes an initial diagnosis based on the structural survey carried out and provide recommendations/ remedial actions. It will determine whether or not there is a problem and if so, what needs to be done to rectify the problem or if further investigations may be necessary.
Where repairs/remedial works, or further investigations are recommended, the report will provide indicative costs for these, if requested. Call for further details.
General Arrangement Plans and sections (2D and 3D Technical Drawings )
We develop floor plans, sections and elevation drawings in a required format and site plans ready for submission to your local planning authority to secure a consent for you development. These plans will be used for obtaining a building regulation approval for part A structures, providing significant savings as opposed to redrawing the plans when using a different engineer and architect further down the line.
Building Control Liaison
We will help with the queries from Building control regarding your proposal and liaise directly with the authorities and other professionals to help your project being completed smoothly so you can enjoy your new home without a hassle.
