After staying in this house for seven year ,first few months in here had a problem with my toilet ,four year it took them to fix it ,yes four year ,had a problem with my carpet ,two year for that ,then I had a problem with my chimney,and was told that there was nothing wrong with it ,then the roof fell in on my head ,yes fell in on my head ,now I have a big hole in my room ,and all I get from them is ,we are doing nothing about it because we are a bunch of useless nobody's that can't be bothered to help out ,we are only here to take your rent ,now get it payed ,bunch of charlatans is what they are ,yes I still have a big hole in my roof ,and today when I phoned I get told a blatant lie,as I have email proof that they lied to me ,not only on this occasion but on numerous occasions,and when you challenge them on this they do the old Favourite,of oh you are being abusive and hang up ,because they cant even remember the lies they have told you,if you have any sence ,STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ,AS THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY , CERTAINLY NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE PROBLEMS IN YOUR PROPERTY ,

I would highly recommend Fife Letting. I have a very busy schedule and having Fife Letting as agents takes the pressure and stresses of renting a property away. I receive regular inspection reports noting the condition of the property and any issues the tenant highlights. If there are ever any problems with the property, Fife Letting inform me and always offer to arrange any works and access required. I find the staff very helpful and approachable. Having mainly only dealt with the Cowdenbeath office I can only say how professional, knowledgeable and helpful they are. Helen seems to be the main person and has helped me so much when things have went wrong with tenant or building maintenance issues . All jobs have been carried out efficiently.
