What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration to start Fidus Care stems from a deep desire to bring positive change to the care industry. Having worked in domiciliary care in the past, I witnessed both the struggles of staff and the neglect some service users experienced. This motivated me to create a care service that prioritizes both staff and service users. I want to offer a different approach, one where every team member is valued and empowered, and where exceptional care is delivered with compassion and dedication. My goal is to contribute positively to the community and provide the care and support that individuals truly deserve.

Our services can not be provided remotely however we do have a on call number that is available 24 hours of the day .
