Working with Anthony has been absolutely amazing. I was introduced to him by a colleague of mine, I was told that he is very good at what he does.
I found Anthony to be very patient, easy to talk to, especially where I had thousands of changes as I wanted the wording to be precise. Anthony never questioned anything that I gave him to do. Every step of the way Anthony was amazing, the quality of his work. If something was not possible Anthony would explain reasons why some pictures could not work on the website ie. colours, size etc. When I thought I was taking to long in getting the website correct, Anthony reassured me and told me not to worry we need to get it right. I was always able to contact Anthony via telephone, whatsApp. He wold give me things to do also as in sending photos to add to the website. Even down to getting my Domain name Anthony was there and obtained one for me and our go live date was set.

Running your own Digital Agency you come across many different types of people with big dreams, great ideas and well thought through goals.
I love learning from each one of them and helping them reach the heights they have set out to reach. Most of all I love the look on a clients face when you achieve & make real something that has only been an idea or a dream in their mind. It's like when you first see a magic trick that wow "how did you do that" moment. Thats what I love :)
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been a strong minded person who liked to do thing their own way. Most companies I worked for in the part were more concerned about KPIs and numbers than helping the businesses they are working with. I am all the end customer which is why I decided to use the skills I acquired over the years to build something that instilled my values help small to medium businesses grow.

Have you ever heard the saying "it takes a Village to raise a child" well the same goes for a business. It takes a great team of people to grow a business and thats what we have a great team that cares about the positive growth of our clients. When Clients takes on FFHD for a project we become part of that businesses dream no matter how big or small that dream is.

Yes, we have different ways of communicating with clients remotely using different softwares and plugins to accommodate our clients needs. here are a list of some of online meeting tools we use currently: Skype, Slack, msn Teams, Google meeting, Zoom, GoToMeeting. Iphone FaceTime, Whatsapp
Task management tools: Asana, Trello.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Currently we do most of work remotely but if for some reason a client need to meet face to face in person we will adhere to all social distancing rules and provide a space that is covid-19 ready.
