What do you love most about your job?
I love ensuring properties are presented at their best so when a guest arrives, I know they will have a great experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A client suggested I set up independently and we have been working together ever since.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a wealth of experience in this field and know what works. I have a great working relationship with all involved in the booking process and travel managers know I will deliver the best for their clients. I give honest opinions and have a great working relationship with all property owners that work with me.

I work remotely. By nature of the business, there will be property visits but the initial stages will mostly be conducted via email and/or telephone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I haven't needed to make many changes to the business but for in-house guest experience, I have adapted the "service" element of bookings by reducing in person contact. This is guest led.
