It took me so long to reach out for help but I'm so glad that I did. Fergus made me feel comfortable and helped me work on my relationships. My whole life has improved significantly. I only wish that I contacted him sooner.

I was depressed, isolated and felt very lonely even within my family. This was my first experience of counselling so I brought extra anxiety with me. Fergus instantly put me at ease and I always felt unjudged with him. Now I feel fulfilled and part of society once more.

Before counselling, I felt unheard, misunderstood and confused. I had been suffering from anxiety, depression and intrusive thoughts for a long time. Fergus helped me explore my past and taught me healthy coping strategies. I feel like a new woman.

Having had my own struggles throughout life and trying to mange my emotions with unhealthy coping strategies, such as addiction to substances, co-dependency, anger, anxiety, fear and depression amongst others.
I reached a place in my life where I knew that I could not go on living my life this way. I both needed and wanted to change, but did not know how.

Being in recovery now for over 10 years has given me a fantastic insight into both myself and how to better be able to manage my life without all of the aforementioned.
I knew from the time that I began to help others that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
I am absolutely passionate about helping others and encouraging people to look within themselves for the many answers which lie within.

I believe that change is possible and given the right conditions, most people can improve upon their emotional well-being.
I am reasonably priced, offering some low cost therapy as well as working on a sliding scale with regards to earnings and cost of therapy.
I have a lived life experience which I firmly believe has been my greatest teacher in life.
I care.
