With more than 10 years’ experience working within drug and alcohol, addiction, and mental health settings across Greater London, I have supported individuals on a one to one basis as well as deliver a number of different types of support group sessions, to people experiencing mental health and emotional difficulties, which has in turn enabled them to integrate coping strategies and techniques to manage their day to day difficulties and lead a more fulfilling life.
In addition, I manage, as well as deliver, a ‘Talking Therapy’ service for disadvantaged young people, as well as manage and deliver a mental health well-being project for the leading national mental health charity - Mind.
Our sessions allow you to talk about whatever life event or situation is causing you unhappiness or distress.
You will be offered a safe and confidential space to talk about your problem, support to address and opportunities to explore areas to grow and change.

It took me so long to reach out for help but I'm so glad that I did. Fergus made me feel comfortable and helped me work on my relationships.
My whole life has improved significantly. I only wish that I contacted him sooner.

I was depressed, isolated and felt very lonely even within my family. This was my first experience of counselling so I brought extra anxiety with me.
Fergus instantly put me at ease and I always felt unjudged with him. Now I feel fulfilled and part of society once more.

Before counselling, I felt unheard, misunderstood and confused. I had been suffering from anxiety, depression and intrusive thoughts for a long time.
Fergus helped me explore my past and taught me healthy coping strategies. I feel like a new woman.
