All of our care staff team have an in-depth profile which enables you to choose an individual that matches your preferences, requirements and hobbies. This is all part of our fully bespoke service.

Our care team can check in with you and keep you company, support you through bereavement, attend doctor’s appointments and relay information back to you or your loved one for clarity, complete regular welfare checks and record/monitor any notable changes, support you with any regular or one-off errands such as dropping things to the post office or picking up your pension—the list goes on!

And it doesn't stop there: our care staff would love to accompany you on your hobby buddy activities—whether that's swimming, knitting class or horse-riding—we are more than happy to chaperone if needed!

This service is particularly useful for those who live alone and need someone to join them on outings so that they don't feel isolated from their community.

We fully equip our care staff for all your cleaning needs whether your home just needs a dusting and quick whip round with the hoover or if it needs a full, deep clean. When things start to become more difficult around the home, it can impact on both your physical and mental health.

Sometimes shopping isn’t easy. Whether it’s getting to the shop, pushing the heavy trolley down the aisles or even carrying all the bags out of the car and into the house – we can help.

Our friendly care team can do the full shop for you, all they need is a list from you along with the money to cover the shop and they’ll do it all for you! We do also want to help you maintain your independence too, so should you simply just need help getting to the shop, pushing your trolley and/or loading and unloading – our lovely care staff would love to support you.

Here at FCN Homecare we believe that everyone is entitled to remain in their own home so long as it can be achieved safely. Part of this entitlement also extends to your beloved pets.
