So after a whirlwind three weeks of having our second child and moving to our forever home (yes, we actually are mental! !) I have finally got a second to take the opportunity to thank Owen, Andrew and Anthea. We have been looking for our forever home for literally years so, when we finally found it, we knew we had to act fast so we wouldn’t miss out. From the moment I contacted Owen he was on the ball-out to us for a valuation and a chat to outline the selling process, sign up, pictures taken and video made. Anthea kept us up to date with viewings making sure any prospective buyers were given a viewing as soon as was practical to suit us all.Owen even carried out the viewings for us as, due to our work and business commitments, we found it difficult to be there for certain time requests. Once our home was sold, Owen liaised with us and our buyers to make the process as seamless as he had the ability to make it. However, what really makes Williams special is that through our whole house-hunting journey we have gained, not just a reliable estate agent (that we would highly recommend), but a good friend in Owen. Whilst I don’t envisage I will be buying or selling a house in the near future, I will be keeping in touch with Owen just for the banter � He really is a character and a gentleman who we are now glad to be able to call a friend � More...
