To bring joy and happiness to our customers. There is nothing else that makes us more proud than that!

We focus on customer satisfaction and we bring a lot of benefits to our customers such as £30 off every booking if they sign up with Fantastic Club. We make sure to bring a smile to our customers face!

No our services are done on the spot inside the households, we can not possibly do it online or remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear constant PPE and have weekly tests done to make sure no one has caught anything, so far we haven't had a single employee infected!

We deep clean any carpets and make sure every spot is treated to the best it can! We also apply fabric protection which protects the carpet from soacking up spillages for up to 5 minutes which allows you enough time to wipe it away!
