Rebecca has been very pro-active in reaching out to me for my end of tenancy cleaning providing me with a competitive quote as compared to other companies.
Her exceptional customer service encouraged me to use her services rather than going ahead with my letting agent’s recommendation. She was always available for any questions that I’ve had around her services especially to calm my nerves given it was the first time I was using professional cleaners. Cleaning was fine just anfew minor issues with the cleaners - late arrival and bad communication (language barrier). Also Fantastic doesn’t communicate their mobile numbers to us, so it goes through their system and the line is not that good, or if you try to call the cleaners, you go through an automated service which is nonsense as it doesnt get you through to the cleaners.
