What do you love most about your job?
Providing a quality service and improving the lives of the invidiuals we support. We are stong advocates of person centred apporach therefore treating each person as an individual ensuring their needs are met and seeing their quality of lifeimproved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Faith care was started to ensure we can reach invididuals who need a bespoke service and provide services that are limited or have a gap in the community including transition and supported living.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our management team boast an experience of over 15 years working directing with invididuals with a range of disabilities including Autism, Dementia, Alzheimers and providing care and support to different abilities. This includes individuals with physical needs. All our staff are trained regularly to ensure they provide a quality service and regularly given supervision. Our management team maintains a good working and professional relationship with those using our service to ensure a quality service with quick response to any issues is always provided.
