Well done to Alan and the team at Fairbairn Marquees...we were delighted with the service we received for our wedding on 6th September. The service from start to finish was outstanding and our questions and queries were dealt with quickly. The marquee was delivered as requested by efficient and friendly staff, who were happy to hang our bunting for us and help with the lighting. They gave us the chance to spend a full day and a half dressing the marquee which made it less stressful, and the same when it was collected. The carpet and the dressings were spotlessly clean and fresh, and the bay trees at the entrance to the patio doors really did make the entrance look very elegant. Fairbairn’s supplied us with a marquee for our wedding. They had excellent customer service and did everything they could to get the marquee up in very windy conditions. We can't thank Catherine and Alan enough for providing such a great service. We had a marquee reception for our wedding in July this year and Fairbain's provided such a professional and friendly service.
We had lots of questions leading up to the big day and they were brilliant at putting our minds as ease. They made us feel like we could ask them absolutely anything - they were always available at the end of a phone and were more than happy to pop in during the weeks leading up to the big day if we asked them to. We had every confidence that the job would be delivered - this was such a wonderful thing leading up to the Big Day when our minds were occupied with so many other things.
The lads who came to put up and then dismantle the marquee were efficient and ever so friendly. We can't recommend Fairbairn's enough and wouldn't hesitate to ask them to help us out with any future events.
