Ezemove is in my experience an excellent agency. I found the staff to be totally trustworthy and matters are dealt with in a professional manner. They work to minimise any problems involved, while showing the necessary attention to detail when appropriate. Mark Chatterton, the Director, is very knowledgeable about the property business generally and shows honesty and reliability. These were the agents for a flat that is next to ours, in a heavily student populated area. The agent who visited was really polite and helpful, and did all he could to assist in keeping the block secure. Thank you so much to the agent I met today, I really appreciate what you did to help me and the information you provided. Just to note:,less than preferable tenants can happen to anyone, no matter what agency you are with: make sure you take out insurance, landlords. The agents can only do what the law allows them to. There are a growing number of unscrupulous tenants who have no respectable values or sense of decency.
