How long have you been in business?
Extra help was established 13 years ago, I opened my branch in 2023 and have been very excited to bring these services to Coventry.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
No, we don't. Customers are encouraged to provide their own equipment and supplies. This being best practice tends to avoid any cross contamination between properties
What do you love most about your job?
It allows me to meet different people on daily basis who have different cleaning needs. I am always fascinated by the end result of a place that need different level of TLCs as spaces are being transformed to clean haven.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to support my local community, with my background in care I have always wanted to support people to the best of my ability and it's given me great joy to provide people high quality support.
I have worked as a cleaner before in various settings ranging from local council jobs to household and offices. I have families I cater for and sometimes it could be daunting to joggle tasks to include house cleaning, most times I do reach out for help and based on my research I learnt I have the same experience as many people have so as a result, I have been motivated to start my own business.
