Jade and her team were magnificent from beginning to end. We can't fault one single thing they did. They went over and above anything we ever expected them to do. They not only treated my husband and I with great courtesy and respect but they turned our house into a home and I cannot thank them enough for that. I have never ever seen anyone work as hard or as diligently and respectfully as Charles and his team. Our house isn't just clean it is absolutely immaculate. Not impressed with this company at all. Made a lot of promises but failed to deliver. Charged a lot!

After the initial clean, I did a walk round with you and you was very happy with the initial walk round completion and then paid. I find it unbelievable that you have put left this negative review with the discount I initially gave you.
