Was having major issues with laptop. Kept crashing, freezing etc. Took it to exatech on the Saturday afternoon explaining the issues. Had good correspondence later that evening detailing the findings and faults. Darrell responded to our call regarding our laptop the same day. He made a 25 mile round trip to get to us and provided his services at our home. Unfortunately our hard drive could not be repaired but he was able to fit a new hard drive (that he had with him) and resume our Windows and Microsoft accounts so that we had a working computer on the same day. This was critical for us as we work from home. Darrell was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. His rates are extremely competitive. Got in touch with Darrell, at Exatech Solutions, as I had a problem with my Toshiba Laptop. I found the computer was running very slow and being unresponsive at times. Darrell quickly cleaned up Windows and also suggested that I would benifit by upgrading my Ram, because I only had 2gb installed. I took his suggestion and am now running 8gb of ram. Wow! what a difference this makes! I can now multitask without any slow down at all. I am absolutely thrilled with the apt and cordial service I received. Darrell came out to see me the same day I called him and fixed my computer there and then. No sending it away for an unspecified time, but immediate diagnosis of the problem, which he fixed at my home. Darrell was informative and helpful; telling me at all stages what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave me some invaluable advice, which in the long run could save me financially. Emergency Saturday call out - no problem and no call out fee charged. Excellent value for money - when the simple solution didn't work, Exatech stayed until the fault was repaired at no extra cost. Had a nasty virus and decided I would just get everything wiped and start over. All my personal data was backed up first, then Windows 10 was re-installed for me.
