This has been my first dealing with ewemove and I must say I’m very impressed with them so far. Edward Jarvis the gentlemen I dealt with, was really a breath of fresh air. He came across very professional, honest, helpful and intelligent. Rather than pull the wool over my eyes as some of the estate agents I’ve dealt with were trying do even after their statements were very contradictory and did not stand up to scrutiny, Edward was very different. There is a book called the 7 habits of highly effective people. Habit 5 is “Seek to understand before being understood”. This is exactly how my interaction was with Edward. He was able to genuinely listen, understand and take on board my views and then explain his within context to mine and which stood up to scrutiny. As a result I feel I can trust him and therefore would prefer to deal with him above the other estate agents I have dealt with so far. “Win Win” which is habit number 4 by the way. Thank you. We viewed a house through Ewemove with Adie. Communication from the outset was good. There was no hard sell on the viewing, we were left to explore the house at our pace. All covid19 precautions were in place. As we were not able to proceed immediately we didn’t get that house. The same day we asked Adie to appraise our home and get it on the market ASAP. This happened quickly, the photos and video are fabulous. Adie set up a WhatsApp group so my husband and I both know what’s going on. Had a viewing arranged with ewemove for 2.45 PM, we arrived a couple of minutes late but was greeted at the garden gate by Jordan tewson, waved and welcomed us on to the property, he had taken the time beforehand to open the doors around the property prior to our arrival. He offered us hand gel (covid approapriate) and prior to the visit advised of face masks. Jordan advised us he'll stand back and let us view the property with maximum distance. There was no rush, or haste he was very calm and friendly and answered all our questions, regarding boiler services, freehold and upward chain etc.We have viewed a couple of properties prior to this one with other estate agents where they have arrived flying out the car in a rush and have had to call the office or look into investigating answers to our questions at a later date.Not on this appointment with Ewemove..... very professional, very friendly. Although the property itself didnt quite tick all the boxes it was very clean and tidy and Jordan advised of potential easy alterations to suit our requirements in respect of fitting patio doors and other slight adjustments to help envisage living there. We are still weighing up the options and we hope to view with ewemove again should they have another suitable property/bungalow for viewing. More...
