What do you love most about your job?
I personally am very proud of seeing how many of my clients have achieved far more than what they thought was possible. I love using my experience of working withing large organisations to help business owners understand their business better and what they need to do to flourish. This isn't just about increasing sales and making more money, it is also about the impact the coaching can have on other areas of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was made redundant from Starbucks Coffee Company where I looked after Resourcing for the UK and Ireland in 2009. After having 3 months off, I completely re-assessed what I wanted out of life, and realised that I didn't want to be getting on a train at 7am in the morning and not getting home till 9pm at night! I trained as a coach in 2009, started Evolve and Grow in 2010 and never looked back!

8 years experience running my own business coaching company, + 11 years experience working at a senior level for organisations such as Pizza Hut, Starbucks and PizzaExpress, all of whom had excellent systems and processes in place that make the business run. I pull on this experience every day when working with clients. I am told by my clients that I am structured, personable and supportive.
