A great website is when it engages with your target audience, it is to the point, clean and modern. The website has to fit your style of business and provide the correct information that your users want to see.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What would they like to get out of the project and how does your business process work.
These questions allow us to get a strong understanding of where to start and how to build the perfect service for you.
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process is to understand what the clients wants, father their requirements. Then we would go away, plan it all out and send back to the client to make sure they are happy. Once that has been signed off, then we get to work fulfilling the given service. This process can vary depending on the chosen service, but that is the very high level understanding of it.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
All I need is a way to contact them, a rough idea of what they would like or an honest I don't know if they are unsure of what they want and then we can build from there. Nothing too complex but very important starting point.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new clients, new people and interacting with them. Giving the client the best possible experience as well as the best services.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had enough of working at my retail job, I had many skills I was not taking full potential of and so I decided to put them out there and do what I love to do whilst helping as many people as I can to succeed!
