Darren and his amazing team were the only choice for us when we were planning our wedding! So much so in fact that we disregarded any venues where we couldn’t bring in our own caterers! Darren and Michelle made the planning so easy; they were so relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. On the day, both food and service were exceptional. The canapes were sublime and the kids (and adults) loved being able to see the hog roast; they loved eating it even more! Almost a year on, our guests are still talking about the food and how friendly the staff were! The team went above and beyond in helping our guests; Crystal even helped distract an upset toddler with her phone during the speeches! Darren, Michelle and the team were given only 2 weeks to put together a last minute engagement party for myself and my fiancée Giorgina. The canapés and food were incredible throughout and the entire team were super attentive, whilst never overbearing. The entire day and evening went seamlessly. The salmon fillet was excellent and much appreciated by our guests.Michele was willing, helpful and sensitive to our requirements. She set out our table well, served and cleared up faultlessly.We did however have one serious problem. She failed to organise the canapés in time. She seemed to have problems with our oven. Unfortunately I did not realise in time that our guests were being served luke warm Yorkshire puddings and Spring rolls. The weather didn't help, as our guests became too cold and we had to come in for lunch earlier than planned.The party was a great success and we very much appreciated your input. More...
