We hired studio space for dance rehearsals and videos. The room was extremely hot and the flooring was warped. We had 1 fan in the room and no windows. We were allocated a studio right next door to offices. This caused some upset as our recording was interrupted by people looking in the room, trying to get the instructor's attention. The instructor was forced to stop the recording to assist the people outside. She was then told to turn the music down as they were disturbing the office staff! Quite rightly she explained that she paid for this time and space, and that Bedford Heights were fully aware of what they were taking money for. The instructor never expected to have disputes with other users of the facility, and was thoroughly upset. We definitely will not be coming back. The 2 stars are for the receptionist and the rest of the building...as they were OK. More...

Today I went there to get my vaccination done. But I lost my way and entered through the wrong entrance. The receptionist there was very much kind hearted and accompanied me to the correct entrance. We assist with a simple ‘good morning’ start to the day, helping you to get up, wash, shower or bathe, get dressed and have breakfast along with the following:
Remind or assist you to take your medicines and collect or return medication from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery.
Prepare meals with or for you and assist you at mealtimes.
Collect your pension for you or with you.Shop with you or help you to make a shopping list, go to the shops, come back and put it all away.
Help with your laundry or ironing and keeping your home clean and tidy.
Support you with social activities such as going out for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family, going to your church or club etc.
We also give a little pampering when you need it.
At the end of each day, some help with getting ready for bed.
