I used Ethan contractors for my side return extension on a terraced house. The team were on time and professional and provided some great design solutions I would not have thought of (e. g. placing the boiler above the bathroom door instead of the kitchen to save space). Their project manager was on hand to communicate updates and respond to queries and issues arising were dealt with in a timely and efficient way. The project ran to budget with the cost of my requested variations clearly communicated and competitively priced. OPEN PLAN KITCHEN
Ethan contractors have just completed work on my kitchen and it’s now finally open plan. I am so impressed with their workmanship and customer service.
I would definitely recommend to use them. They are so polite and always happy to advise. This is the first builder that I have had so much faith in and they always ensured they cleaned up each day. They never left any mess. They don’t rip you off and the price for the work was very reasonable. If you are thinking of getting any construction work done, give them a call. I am happy to give them 5 stars as the attention to detail was fantastic and the end result definitely gives you the WOW factor. They can do anything whether it’s a big or small job. GIVE THEM A CALL!!!

We engaged Ethan contractors in February to design and build a loft conversion and rear house extension from scratch. The design services were arranged nice and quickly as we wanted to get the project done as soon as possible as we had a particular deadline in mind. The company were very accommodating of our needs! The building work was completed to high level we are so over the moon with our new kitchen in the extension and our new master bedroom suite, including bedroom, dressing room and en-suite bathroom in the loft. After several disappointing attempts with other builders, I was approached by Ethan Contractors to help me with a significant renovation of my property.
They came and we spoke about the work requirements in detail, then I received a detailed quote for the work (within my budget!) in less than a week, with progress arranged to begin the following week.
I lived in the property whilst work took place (ground floor - building site) and the builders were always courteous and accommodating (for example for conference calls).
The quality of the work is exceptional, part of my requirements involved structural work and the level of precision of the final work, is incredible!
I am looking forward to finishing my decorating, and being able to showcase the final product to family, friends and strangers.
