We used Eternal Homecare, Reading for Mum following her fall and breaking her hip. Both staff and management were exceptional, very pleasantly surprised with the care provided. Everyone was so kind to both Mum and myself. Mum was treated with respect, staff were kind and gentle with her and chatted to her throughout their visit. The care provided was second to none and we couldn’t have asked them to do more. They took great care in washing and dressing her and chatted to her throughout, putting her at ease. I am only sorry our need came to an end but should we need care again, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them. Anyone reading these reviews before deciding who to use, can I say, you will not be disappointed if you use them. They certainly know their stuff but with a human approach. Well done Eternal! More...

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Eternal Homecare Reading pays exceptional attention to infection control measures and is passionate about keeping our customers safe, we train our staff to adhere to the Covid-19 protocols and to follow the related guidelines. All staff are fully equipped with full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) which is worn when they are providing personal care, this includes Gloves, Apron, and Face Masks, which are disposed of after each visit.
