No brief is too big or small, whether you are planning an intimate private dinner in one of Scotland’s historic homes, or an eye-catching product launch in one of Scotland’s most iconic buildings, the team at Established Catering is ready to make it happen.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Nothing compliments food more, than the right drinks. We work with the very best sommeliers and drinks mixologists to pair the right drinks with your menu. No matter your venue, our pop-up bar can be branded and designed to suit your wants. Scotland is producing someone of the world’s best spirits and liqueurs, something we pride ourselves in making sure you know what’s best.
What do you love most about your job?
We offer a discreet, highly personal and completely bespoke service. Our menus are deliciously different and we have something to suit all tastes and styles. Established Catering has a completely different approach to what is often delivered as an afterthought when it comes to food and drink. At the end of the day, we are working for you and we need to ensure that we promote you in the best light, by offering the very best produce with inspiration and fresh ideas behind its presentation and taste.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Established Event’s founder, Georgina Coleman has a wealth of industry knowledge that spans over 12 years. She is well respected in the industry having been listed within the Top 100 Professionals in the Event Industry 2016 and published as an industry expert, in The Events Organisers’ Tool Kit 2017
