Mike and his team quickly stepped in when we were in trouble with a leaking roof. He swiftly diagnosed, discussed and began rectifying the problem. This was at a time of unprecedented and unrelenting extreme stormy and wet weather. His team worked when possible and despite the conditions but always within safety limits. Excellent work by Mike and his crew.. ended up a much bigger job than a "simple reroof" but was kept fully informed with advice and pictures/videos of the work in progress. We’ve just had Micheal and the team come and work on our grade 2 listed property attached to the golf course and what a knowledgable chap he is, this was put out to tender with it being a grade 2 listed building and all short listed professionals had to come and be interviewed by the committee.

We had Micheal and the team come and repair our grade 2 listed property not long that long ago, we had tried to have the roof repaired several times but we’re constantly let down with roofers unable to source the correct tiles which have to be like for like and not new.

We had roof repairs required due to recent storm damage, and Mike from Essex First Maintenance was excellent in his response, coming to the property to assess the damage and advising on the best way forward. We have had the repairs carried out with a workmanship guarantee. The quality of the work was great and Mike made sure to provide constant images and videos showing progress.
