What do you love most about your job?
Helping Customers realise their dream about owning property. Whether First Time Buyers or more experienced clients, the ability to help, assistance and see their dreams come to life is always enjoyable, 25yrs on from my first mortgage.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A combination of change at my previous employers (Barclays) plus the ability to be a decision maker in my own firm. Top take personal responsibility to success, to make change when needed, and to have a degree of flexibility.

Many mortgage brokers will have similar product offerings, however we strive to use technology to keep up to date with change, and we engage with clients to build a relationship, not just to 'sell a mortgage'.
