What inspired you to start your own business?
My father has been a builder for over 25 years. His attention to detail and stunning craftsmanship was always something that made me wonder why he hadn't set up his own business. As a family business, we pride ourselves on our passion, care, and dedication to even the smallest of projects.

We offer contractual 10-30 year guarantees depending on the scope of work. These guarantees will not be verbal they will be hand signed and delivered on completion of works.
Driveways, Patios and Paths
Driveways are often underappreciated. In a time where car parking spaces are at a premium, creating an attractive and modern paved drive can really add significant visual and monetary value to your property. At ESE construction we pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our drives and patios. The difference between a good and not so good drive is not determined by the design or the choice of block, it's completely dependent on what lies beneath it. Here at ESE Construction, we offer a 10-year guarantee on all drives and patios in writing upon completion. We offer this on the basis of our '7 Stage Breakdown' of works. These stages outline the materials and methods we use when building the base of your drive to prevent any sinking of the drive. Extensions and Conversions
We realise how important utilising the space of your home is. Whether it's extending your current living space or converting a garage or loft we are able to help your visions come to fruition. We are able to help from the very first which is the structural and architectural drawing of the new proposed living area all the way to submitting planning permissions to the appropriate council. We will visit the site and consult you on all the smaller details in order to have an in-depth portfolio of plan's ideas and measurements before we begin your quotation. Our first quoation will be the last price you pay you will never receive any hidden fees or requests for extra payment. All works and payments will be protected by contracts signed before the works begin. Once agreed and a start date has been provided you will receive an in-depth calendar of works which will also provide a completion date to which we will commit. We will take all measures to ensure the handover is the dream space you had in mind right at the start of this proposal.
Painting and Decorating
We have a team of experienced decorators and painters, trained to handle any painting or redecorating project you may need help with. We will happily take on domestic, commercial, and industrial contracts; from a simple home redecoration to a large-scale business renovation. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and making sure that our client has had a full range of options in terms of colour, wallpaper and other designs before finalising the scope of work. All work is guaranteed.
Brickwork
We pride ourselves on the quality of our bricklayers here at ESE Construction. We are able to take on small jobs such as garden walls, and flower beds all the way up to extensions and boundary walls. Our boys all have a minimum of 20 years of experience behind them and are able to tackle projects using every block, brick or stones.
