What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to make people smile through their belly. As a chef my pleasure is knowing the clients enjoyed the love I put in the food I serve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting the freedom to interact with clients on a more personal level.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Eric: Travel with own vehicle. Follow Covid-19 protocols for caterers. Work with a mask at all time and Monthly tested. Change into chef whites upon arrival.

I offer to cook your meals with the ingredients already in your kitchen on a regular basis or a bespoke service for your one off occasions. This includes menu planning, shopping, dietary requirement and any special request you may have.
