What makes a great website?
A great website should be a great user experience. The user should easily easily be able to understand the product or service with clear call to actions and slick interactions.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are you looking to achieve? What differentiates your business from your competitors? Who are your main competitors? What budget do you have in mind for the project?
Describe your creative process.
Firstly a discussion with the client allows us to establish their requirements and express how we can creatively assist them. Dependent on the type of project we would typically propose more than one concept. The client may then choose to run with one of these or after discussion an infusion of more than one. The project would them be fleshed out whilst we keep constant communication with the client to ensure they are happy every step of the way. Projects are finalised through final presentation and sign off where any last minute amendments can be made.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We require an understanding of their expectations. Ideas on the type of style they are looking for, which may stem from an initial discussion if they are unsure starting out. We need a fixed budget for the project and agreed payment terms. We would finally require an agreed timescale between ourselves and the client for project completion.
What do you love most about your job?
It's great to get good feedback and exceed clients expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having the freedom to work with clients from a broad range of sectors and learn about new products and services.
Why should our clients choose you?
Whilst creativity is my main focus, my background is as a sales director. My combination of skills allows me to creatively sell the benefits of the client's product or service and effectively communicate their message to the business or consumer.
