Q&As

I love helping people stay at home and providing them with the support they need to ensure they have as near to the quality of life they've always enjoyed. I love the idea that out clients can remain independent, choose how they want to spend their day and with whom in the confidence that they will be supported.

I have worked many years in the community with patients who were mainly elderly, I felt it was easy for me to build a rapport with all my patients. As a result many clients found it easy to share their deepest fears with me and concerns about what would happen when they were no longer able to cope alone. Most patients had a spare bedroom and the desire to stay in familiar surroundings. For many that meant being at home, living next door to neighbours who they loved and trusted and who would always pop round for a cup of coffee and a chat and it also meant that they could entertain or visit their friends and family whenever they wanted. I realised that providing a live-in-care service would provide that lifestyle, comfort because of the expert care I knew I could find for them.

I have over forty years experience providing health care in the community and I work with carers who are appropriately qualified and experienced. I love looking into the details of a client's life to find out what we can do to support them in a way that is seamless. I like to think about what we do as being an extension of what the client would have done for themselves.

We offer two packages of care a managed package where we recruit care staff and manage the service by supporting the carer and client to ensure that the service remains safe and effective. Before we offer this service we perform a rigorous assessment to make sure that the client will be safe at home and that we can supply the expertise to ensure all needs are met. No aspect of this package can be provided remotely.
The second package is a self-managed package in which we recruit the carer who will provide the care and perform the assessment before commencing work. We can effect this remotely but we will not be involved in the provision or management of the care service.

We have the following policies and procedures to keep our clients safe from Covid-19
Our staff regularly perform lateral flow checks and are vaccinated.
We provide appropriate protective equipment and make sure that our staff are

We keep up-to-date with government guidelines about how to prevent the spread of
