Kam who carried out cleaning, was very efficient and collected the keys from the letting agents as soon they had open up and he spent over 6 hours cleaning the entire flat and waitied for me to show me the state of the carpets and on my instructions, shapoo it with additional charge which saved me having a carpet company to come and clean it .
