Jessica offers Raynor and Swedish massage.

Raynor naturopathic massage is much deeper than most other types of massage. The Raynor technique is influenced by ancient Eastern wisdom, working with the body’s energy paths. Drawing upon Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine teachings, the goal is to find and release both physical and emotional tension in the body.

Raynor practitioners are trained to recognise areas of tension and blocked energy by touch. In a sense, I am able to ‘read’ your tension with my hands and release it by applying pressure in a specific manner.

Back, neck and shoulder pain respond well to deep tissue massage. Massage can also be used to treat a wide range of mental, physical, and emotional issuessuch as insomnia, depression, muscle fatigue, anxiety, soft tissue injuries, and stress.
My aim for my clients is to help them find a deep sense of well-being.
