I create a safe, non judgemental space for clients to explore what is on their mind. To figure out what they want more of and less of in their lives and how to make those changes and have them last.

Life Coaching
As a master coach, with a postgraduate in Applied Coaching, I have decades of experience and I provide a safe, supportive environment for clients to really think about what they want in their lives and how to make that happen.
