How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It is one of the most important aspects of health. What you eat effects your mood, fertility (men too), cognitive function, bodily functions, sport performance, illnesses and injuries and I could go on. If you have a balanced healthy diet and good relationship with food everything else falls into place.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with individuals, that human connection is so good, and that I can help them reach their health goals and bring awareness to our bodies is the best I could do. Getting to know them a little, build that connection and trust is the most valuable thing. I also love the science itself in both nutrition and pilates, it is fascinating how our body works, wonderful “machine”.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The knowledge that there are so many people who struggle with food and their bodies. We only hear the expectations, the rules, the noise around what to eat and not to eat and what should we look like, etc. This takes so much energy, when you always focus on what's expected, you can forget to live and to enjoy your life with all the great stuff in it (like food!). Finding freedom in your life is something I can help with, improving your relationship with yourself and food will help so much in your everyday life.

I am determined to help everyone who's ready to be free of diets and the toxic mindset that comes with them. My compassion and empathy towards my clients make working with me a safe and 100% judgement-free space, we'll only talk about what you feel like you're ready to share and we'll find an approach that works for you. I am really here to support my clients in finding their own way around food, to help them respect their bodies and improve their relationships with food and body.
