Booked online for an oven clean for 11/12 - nobody turned up.
Received an email apology and rebooked for 18/12 but again nobody turned up.
Tried to phone but their number 01932 226085 just rings and rings, nobody answers it. Left a message on the answer phone and emailed my dissatisfaction with the company, but no reply. A score of 0 sums up my experience.

No quibble the company does a Brillant job on both my oven and carpet.
But on the second occasion broke my cooker knob left it in place , tried to contact him ten minutes after he left and again since to no help cost this OAP a further twenty pounds for a new knob
