How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by creating a bespoke training programme which sets out their weekly workout plan, along with helpful nutrition advice.
I will have 24/7 contact with you so any questions or queries you may have or even days you feel you need a little extra motivation - I will be there.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
In simple terms it comes to down motivation and determination, you have to be committed to reaching your goals. In bigger terms, nutrition plays a huge role - abs are made in the kitchen. Dedicating at least 3 days of your week to 1 hour of working out and sticking to a healthy, balanced diet will get you the body of your dreams.
What do you love most about your job?
I love personal training simply because of how rewarding it is to see people achieve their goals, to see how they change over time and the confidence that grows with these changes. My goal is to help people, however possible, and to spread happiness and health.
1-to-1 Personal Training
Face-to-face sessions in a private studio gym for those who live locally to Suffolk and surrounding areas.
Includes bespoke programmes and 24/7 support to help you on the road to achieving your goals.
Given the current pandemic - I am offering outdoor workouts in chosen location.
Online Training
This is perfect for individuals who prefer to train outside of a gym and are happy to follow personalised online programmes by themselves or via webcam.
