From the viewing right through to moving into our property, Nick and the team were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I can’t praise Ellenbrook Estates enough if I could mark more than 5* I would. Firstly for always providing me the best honest advice, listening to exactly the type of property I was looking for and most of all my budget. Nick and Brian were honest and always keen to help.For my first time renting I was concerned about the process and what was required from me, Nick especially took me through everything and I always knew what was next. For a first time mover I was unsure on which estate agents to choose from, after coming across Ellenbrook Estates I am so happy I choose them. From the first day they listened and understood exactly what I was looking for rooms, location etc. Nick be Brian we're very responsive and always available to assist with viewings. They advised me all the process of what will happen during the move and when we were in the property, provided all detail and information where required if anything was to go wrong and the fees were extremely reasonable. Now that I have moved out of the property Nick especially has been brilliant. Worked around my personal life when required access for viewings. Helped get new tenants in the property quicker than usual as I'm going on holiday and couldn't move on the date required. Thank you both for very pleasant, easy move.
