Attended in store fitting appointment end of July, ordered 2 cardigans. Emailed to come and collect on the 1st September. Only given 1 cardigan, said cardigan was for a completely different school, in another area to where we live . After spending over an hour on the phone that day I was promised I would have the cardigans by the next day and would receive a call. No call came. Attempted to contact shop by phone, email and facebook. No response received at all. Monday AM arrived at shop for opening time, they had no idea where my items were or why they were not made and advised me to return at 4.30pm and the items should be there. Email received later in the morning saying items ready for collection. 212 phone calls later to get through to the store to confirm they were there before I drove to the store. Finally received items the day before my child returns to school. The organisational skills are a disgrace as well as the customer service, or lack of! Other parents at my daughters school have had the same issue in the past and advised to use Uniformity in Norton instead as they also stock all schools and are much more professional. More...

Exceptional service and a very high quality product. Elizabeth’s embroidery completed some work on a piece of my wife’s work uniform.
Not only was the final embroidery of excellent quality, the communication process was very good throughout. The prices were good and I would definitely recommend this company to others. I intend to use them again moving forward.

Today I went into Elizabeth Embroidery Wellington square after not being able to get what I needed from another local uniform retailer. The staff were friendly and available to help as soon as I walked through the door. They made sure the item was a perfect fit and were willing to get more sizes for us to try. Also the prices were very reasonable compared to the other retailer. I would highly recommend this shop to others. More...
