1. COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
Every project starts with a personal consultation. This is a chance to get to know each other and for us to learn about you and your aspirations for your home. It is an opportunity to view the property to get a sense of the space and the scope of work. A budget and an outline design programme is then agreed upon with clear objectives for the project.

2. CONCEPT PRESENTATION
The next stage is focused on refining the brief. It is essential that this stage is carefully considered as it impacts the rest of the design. An overview is presented for review consisting of a one page document per room to showcase the general themes in each room. This is to allow for early changes if necessary.

3. CONCEPT DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Developed colour schemes are proposed for each space developing the desired look and feel. Furniture layouts based on architect’s floor plans are proposed and items for specification are considered We present finishes to areas such as kitchens and bathrooms or consult on these areas of the design. Any changes to the scope of the project, budget and time schedule are agreed upon.

4. DETAILED DESIGN, SOURCE & SPECIFICATION
Following approval of the design we then move onto the sourcing of all required elements. We encourage a collaborative approach at this stage providing several options for each carefully considered item. Once this is signed off and agreed upon the detailed specification of every item is then put forward including bespoke joinery, lighting, kitchen and bathrooms.

5. CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Before construction can commence, we prepare information and obtain tenders for building works. During construction we will project manage and oversea works, ensuring suppliers deliver the best quality of work, on time and to budget.

6. FURNITURE FITTINGS AND EQUIPMENT (FF&E)
The complete Interior Design scheme is presented. This includes carefully selected fabric samples for all upholstery, carpets, wall finishes, bespoke items of furniture and accessories.

7. PROCUREMENT
On complete sign off we then liaise with specialist craftspeople and bespoke suppliers. We negotiate on the clients behalf and select the best materials, items and finishes. Access to trade rates where available enable us to negotiate the best price possible. We take pride in sharing this margin with our client as we feel it is an honest and fair approach.

8. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
At this stage we work closely with trusted storage and delivery companies to ensure everything is ready for delivery and the transition is as smooth as possible. Quality control checks are taken out before and after each item is delivered to site.

9. INSTALLATION, DRESSING AND ACCESSORISING
Finally all installation is supervised on site. Following this the exceptionally important final touches are then put in place. This includes dressing and accessorising your beautiful home.
