I heard about Olly Dial Elite Fitness in early August last year and decided to pop along to his open day and see what it was all about and what he could do for me. I had been doing my own fitness training and eating healthily but I struggled to lose weight, and having a job that requires me to be sat down all day I had reached a point of frustration. Having explained to Olly what I wanted to achieve he said that he could help me and so I decided to ‘give it a go’. Right from the start we spoke about what my goals were and then he set about creating a program to suit my goals. It did involve a lifestyle change but to be fair not that much. What he did change was how I looked at food, and what food was doing to me. With the right balance of nutritional food in the right quantities combined with an exercise routine between weights and HIIT I have seen results quicker than I ever have before. Its not about starving yourself or working yourself into the ground, its about the right food and exercise. I do like food and I have never eaten so much, but its the right combination of food groups. When I started on the 16th August 2016 I weighed in at 225lbs and since then I have lost a total of 31lb in body fat. Thats a total of 2.2 Stone and to be fair I have probably lost more body fat than that as I have also developed more muscle. I feel so much better, my fitness levels are far higher and I feel energised rather than sluggish as I did before. If your looking to improve your fitness, lose weight or to maintain a certain level of fitness and eat healthy then Olly Dial is where you should go. I am so pleased that I decided to ‘give it a go’. This is now a lifestyle change for me and I am loving every training session and enjoying my new nutritional healthy eating plan. Joined in January and now over 2 stone lighter! Currently doing a 1:2:1 once a week with an added boot camp class and insanity class has made me so much more fitter and stronger. �� sustainable weight loss by exercise and good nutrition. *UPDATE*
I have just finished the E-Team Elite Fitness Programme that has run for the past 8 weeks. I was looking for that kick up the behind as I felt I was slacking on the nutrition side of things and I was also finding excuses for not going to the exercise classes I was previously going to. The E-team was the perfect environment for finding that motivation and I'm very glad I did it! I lost another stone! I couldn't have done that without the support of the amazing group of people in the team. It's the best environment for asking others for advice on food, food recipes, sharing advice and looking for that support on those days when all you want to do is eat rubbish! If anyone is looking to lose weight/tone up this will definitely do that!

Just completed the 8 week E team plan and I am very pleased with the results! I've lost 32cm in total and 13lb in weight! The before and after pictures are definitely the best indication of your body changes tho ! I couldn't believe the difference from when i started 8 weeks ago! The plan is definitely not easy, you do have fights with yourself and question on days why you are doing it but to reach the end with what I have achieved I am so hard ppy with! Olly likes to throw challenges your way and change things which at the time you think WHAT?!?! But I have stuck the the plan and lost a steady weight each week whilst eating real food (which included naughty food too) and exercise. More...

I was recommended to olly by a friend and I was honestly lost with food I tried to do every diet out there at the same time and achieved nothing! I thought the only way to lose weight was starving myself with shakes. I'd not set foot in a gym for years let alone a class and was worried with my weight that I'd injure myself. Olly has showed me the basics from how to shop, understand the food I'm eating and I progressed to doing 90 mins clubberfit twice! This is in 7 weeks. I've lost 21 lbs and over 20s from my hips alone and I've honestly never ate so much, felt in control and enjoy - yes enjoy the classes! Been training with Olly for almost 6 months now and am made up with the progress I've made. Lost 2.5st, 5 inches off waist, went from XXL to L skinny fit. Can now do 50+ press-ups when I couldn't do a single one when I started. Happy getting my kit off at the swimming pool now and can even out-run my kids at last. Best thing I've ever done was walk through the door of ollys gym, the equipment is excellent , the people there are all friendly and olly is an excellent instructor and a sound guy, they take care of you in every department your not just left to get on with it, everything is structured to you and at your own pace, I've completely changed my diet and feeling great, looking forward to a new life and a new me thanks to elite fitness super gym.

I joined as an online client and I have totally changed my eating habits all thanks to Olly and the program. He answers any questions extremely quick and I found the whole group supportive and very helpful. I hate the gym but wanted to do something to help me keep fit so last month I thought I would give bootcamp a go with my daughter. We both love it and the lovely people we have met doing it and everyone giving each other tips and encouragement is fantastic not to mention our trainer Olly Dial How he manages to organise so many classes and PT one to ones along with his new online courses is mind blowing as well as being a great motivator and pushes to your limits each session. You come away shattered but having had a really good work out and feel good about yourself. I've now noticed I'm changing shape as well as losing weight ! I'm a wrinklie with Rheumatoid Arthritis, so standard gym regimes don't really suit me. Never had a personal trainer before, so was a bit unsure. But Olly has a really good approach, set me at ease and reassured me. In our training sessions he pushes me, is encouraging, and senses when I'm struggling. All this is excellent, but what I particularly like is the way he researches what's helpful to me and suitable for my condition. It's that little bit extra which really makes the difference. Olly is a fantastic trainer. I Hadn't done exercise in years when I started ollys beach body bootcamp - he encouraged me to come along and do it to my fitness level and over the last 5 months my fitness has improved every week and now do 3 bootcamps a week. I've been kidding myself for years that I could lose weight on my own, and have tried to follow EVERY 'diet' going. The combination of the nutrition plan, group and HIIT sessions, Olly, and the amazing group of people helping every step of the way has totally changes my eating and exercise habits, and after just 8 weeks I'm not only the fittest, but the lightest I have ever been in my adult life.

I cannot recommend Olly's business enough. I have just finished my 10th PT session and with his help, have lost 31cm to date. I have changed my eating habits for the better, my fridge has never seen so much Kale and spinach! He is always on hand to answer questions, and is full of energy to get you through those sessions.
