What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the end result of clients moving into their new home safe in the knowledge that they have an affordable mortgage, are protected, and know that they can get in touch with any queries at any time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I gained my experience in an employed role at the consumer association Which? This gave me experience of working in a customer led and consumer focused environment, which gave me the confidence to apply this to my own business model.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer a no jargon, pressure free, friendly guide through the process. My intention is to provide a transparent service with easy communication.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I do have a covid safe meeting room with screens if face to face is preferred, or happy to conduct all communication remotely if preferred.
