How long have you been in business?
4 years. We opened back in 2019 and since then have grown and expanded providing support to a wide range of areas. The directors also own a chain of care homes across the country running alongside our domiciliary branch. We also have a recruitment agency attached providing care staff to our care homes.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide all of our own PPE which includes masks, aprons and gloves. In the instance of a positive COVID-19 case we also provide our own gowns, visors and other advised equipment as required

We pride ourselves in delivering the best person centered care tailored to each individual client's needs
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our directors started Elite to work along side their care homes providing quality care for clients in their own homes as well as in home care facilities
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a wide range of carers, male and female from all different cultural backgrounds. We offer training to ensure all our care staff have the knowledge they need to care for and support those people who want to stay in their own homes and have their care delivered in their own way

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have COVID-19 risk assessments in place and relevant policies and procedures to follow as instructed from public health. Relevant PPE is worn at all times and further implemented when a positive COVID-19 case is present. Care staff do not come to work if they are COVID-19 positive
