I would highly recommend Elite Central Travel. John and his team provide a fantastic service. They are professional, friendly and extremley helpful. Each of their vehicles are super clean and comfortable. When you phone or email with a query, they are quick in replying and they now provide a very good online app where you can arrange your own pick ups etc, as well as being able to choose what vehicle you would like. It is straight forward and simple to use. We highly recommend Elite to our friends and family for airport transfers or events all the time. My sister, friend and I recently used Elite for a concert. Again confortable journey, it was advertised really well on their facebook page with pick up info. etc and we were dropped off at a great location and it saved us from all the worry of where to park and how to get home. We used Elite for airport transfers last summer. The transport was impeccable, the drivers very prompt, friendly and helpful. On our way back, our flights were delayed. They couldn’t give us an exact time for rescheduling- this turned out to be 34 hours after we were supposed to depart. John and the team couldn’t have been more helpful, they kept an eye on the flight information themselves, and were there to collect us when we landed. We used Elite Central Travel for the first time for an airport return journey in April. Not only did they confirm booking promptly but a few days before leaving they emailed to confirm booking and gave us the opportunity to notify them of any last minute changes. On the morning of pick up we were texted to say they were enroute, the name of our driver, the registration number, colour, make and model of the taxi. All details essential for personal safety, especially if you are a first sole pick up. We were also texted to say our taxi had arrived. The driver was polite, friendly and well presented. The taxi was spotlessly clean, comfortable and lovely and warm for the early hours of the morning. On our return journey we were again notified that our taxi was there waiting. Elite Central Travel provide a fantastic service and ensure that your journey is comfortable. John our driver was both professional and friendly. Our taxi was very clean and kept to a comfortable temperature especially at 3.00am on a cold day. When booking our journey Elite Central Travel replied quickly and before our departure we were notified again about our pick up times. On the day of our pick up we were notified by text message that our taxi was in transit, registration number and colour/make of vehicle. This was a fantastic service.
