Couldn't recommend the team at Elevation enough. They have been really proactive in both selling and finding us a new property. We bought a new build property through Elevation. David and the team at Elevation could not have been more professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to view the property as many times as we needed to and always answered any query as soon as possible. We were incredibly impressed with their care for us as a family (for example arranging to bring the keys to the property as we had a newborn baby and couldn't get to the office easily- and even sending us flowers after our baby was born!). There were a number of difficulties towards exchange but David ensured that we were treated with respect and were kept informed about progress from the developer's end. When we first met with Terry and Amy from Elevation we told them we had very specific requirements/expectations if we were to put our property on the market with Elevation. We’d had a not so good experience with another local estate agent, so we were very particular about what we expected from another.When our property was first put on the market, we were introduced to most of the staff, not just those who would be showing potential buyers our home, but also those who are mostly dealing with callers over the phone. They had a look at our property so they could talk on a more informed basis about our home. We were super impressed with this approach. It also meant that we had a face to the name.All of the staff were fantastic. Polite, respectful and hard working. It was really important to us to receive regular feedback. Elevation made sure we received updates after each viewing, a weekly overview of viewings, feedback and follow-ups, and a sale!We had a lot of viewings through Elevation. They worked very hard to sell our property, and got us a very good offer. As luck would have it, we ended up purchasing through Elevation too. The process was smooth and as stress free as buying and selling a house can be! Even when we were unsure about matters regarding our mortgage, or conveyance solicitors, we turned to Elevation for a helping hand - and they were only too happy to help. My partner and I have just bought a house from Elevations. They were extremely professional and punctual. They were very helpful and went extra miles few times. For example: giving us a lift to the property we couldn't reach (we only cycle and my partner had his arm broken) or bringing me the keys to my work place after the completion. We recently purchased our current property through Elevation Cambridge, dealing mostly with David and Matthew and Tom. The team were very organised and kept us informed on a regular basis during the purchase period. They maintained a professional attitude with David being particularly helpful in chasing up the various chains when coming close to completion. As this house purchase was not the most straightforward of procedures, Matthew and David's telling experience in dealing with these types of situation meant that the stress levels was not as high as it could have been!
