The wonderful team came to our rescue in our time of need. We needed to replace my grandma's care provider, due to poor experience with another provider.
From the first interaction with my grandma, through to her sad passing. The care, compassion and friendship given by the whole Elevated - Grace Health Care team was nothing short of fantastic. My grandma could not have been looked after in a more professional, loving and genuinely loving environment, which she really appreciated.
I cannot recommend Elevated - Grace Health Care high enough to anyone looking for a first class team for their loved ones.

With the experience I gained over the past 21 years of services within this sector, it encouraged me to start my own business and witness their progress from when we initial start working with them, meeting their needs to when they are having good or bad days.

No, as our main role is to provide personal care, therefore it will be hard to do so online or remotely. though if we have to contact our client in between visit, we will do so.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff will be wearing PPE during the visit.
We will have a track and trace sheet, this will help us to monitor our staff as they attend the visit that their temperature is checked and also that they are wearing PPE.
