I highly recommend this company for care. They are wonderful with my elderly father. He was reluctant to accept any help and can be quite awkward due to his condition but he has really taken to the carer’s which is a great sign of how good they are with him. Elderflower care has also helped us understand more about my fathers condition which has helped us care better and more confidently for him in between their visits. Our family can not thank elderflower care enough, for the way they took care of our sister. She was against having anyone in her home, but by the end of the first week she thought of them as family. After her first stay in hospital. The hospital said she couldn’t come home without them putting carers in three times a day. She didn’t want them in her home and asked for Elderflower back. She said the other carers treated her like a piece of meat and could wait to get away. Elderflower did not only look after our sister personal care but after her well being. Angie and Nishia truly care about the people they are looking after. Nishia had to call a ambulance for our sister because she was really ill. She did not just leave her because her time was up but waited with her for Ambulance. That is the type of care we wanted and got for her. I would highly recommend them for anyone who’s love one is strong minded and was really independent. It was very hard to persuade her to have carers in. But 100% we chose the right people. Unfortunately she is now in hospital and is slowly getting a little worse everyday. But if it’s your loved one who needs care with people who you can trust chose them. Don’t take our word for it try them and you will see for yourself. We can not thank them enough. Just for caring not just doing the care. We will always be thankful we chose them. 💜🥇🏆 More...

Can’t rate these lovely ladies enough. So dedicated and really care for all there clients. My Aunty never wanted carers in but we convinced her to try Elderflower and she very quickly started to treat the ladies like friends rather than carers. They always treat her with dignity and encouragement and there genuine love for the job they do is pretty clear to see. Well done Angie and Nisha on providing first level care. More...

Specialist dementia care
Living with someone with dementia, or supporting someone with dementia can be difficult. Elderflower Care Ltd can work with you to help answer any questions you may have, and can assist you to access further resources when needed. Our team members are provided with specialist dementia training to ensure they are able to understand how to best support you.
